Alec Dickinson began their career as a Project Manager at Avaya in 2010 before becoming a Product Manager at Vostu in 2010. In 2013, they worked as a Monetization Manager at Gameloft and later founded AmberAds, where they served as the CEO and was responsible for product and commercial development. Alec then worked as the Founder and Head of Products at Hokystix, a software development and digital consulting company. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Chief Product Officer at Xepelin, overseeing the initial product, technology, and data team. Alec also served as the CTO and CPO at ICONSTRUYE, a leading technology company in the construction industry in LATAM. Prior to their current role, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Xertica. Alec is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of 42x, a company that provides AI-powered productivity tools. Alec is responsible for helping organizations become AI-first by leveraging advanced technologies such as AI, ML, and business intelligence.
Alec Dickinson completed their education at various institutions. In 2003 to 2009, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Electronics Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. In 2010 to 2011, they studied French at Alliance Française. Alec later attended St. Andrews Scots School to earn their Bachelor of Science degree. More recently, in 2020, they completed the Advanced Growth Strategies Program at Reforge. In 2021, they attended Harvard Business School for the course "Competing in the Age of AI" and acquired a certification in the same field.
