Chris Birchall

Chris Birchall has been in the software engineering industry since 2005. Chris began their career as a Software Developer at Ionsquare Ltd. in 2005. In 2008, they moved to Infoscience as an Application Engineer, where they worked on the flagship product, Logstorage. From 2012 to 2015, they were a Systems Engineer at M3 and then a Senior Software Developer at Guardian News & Media. In 2016, they joined OVO Energy as a Principal Software Engineer. Since 2019, they have been at 47 Degrees | Part of Xebia, where they have held the roles of Principal Software Engineer, Lead Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer.

Chris Birchall attended Woodbridge School from 1991 to 2002 and then went on to complete a BA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge in 2005.
