Gayner Coulson

Gayner Coulson currently serves as the Head of EMEA Risk and Resilience at Amazon, starting in March 2024. Previously, Gayner was the Director of Operations at '47 from March 2023 to March 2024, and prior to that, held various roles at Amazon from June 2017 to March 2023, including Site Lead at Amazon BHX5 and Senior Operations Manager, focusing on outbound and inbound operations. Gayner's earlier career included a significant tenure with the Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire Police Force, culminating in the role of Detective Chief Inspector, where continuous promotions were achieved and a culture of innovation and learning was fostered, enhancing the Force's reputation.
