Christina Vance

Christina Vance currently serves as the Director of Sales Enablement & Training at 49 Financial, where responsibilities include designing and executing training programs for advisors and leaders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing sales collateral. Prior to this, Christina held the position of Lead Manager of Sales and Leadership Training at Equitable, focusing on core learning programs and managing the National Training calendar. Christina also worked at AXA as Manager of Leadership Training, developing leadership programs and maintaining training materials, and previously led Talent Development teams at RealPage, Inc. in various capacities, culminating in Senior Talent Development Manager. Christina Vance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the University of South Carolina.
