Niklas Törnqvist

Niklas Törnqvist's work experience includes various roles in the field of crisis management and organizational resilience. Niklas started their career as a Research Assistant at the Department of Peace and Conflict Research, Uppsala University, where they worked from January 2011 to February 2012.

In 2015, Niklas joined BRM Europe as a Consultant in Crisis Management, a role they held until November 2018 when they were promoted to Senior Consultant. Niklas worked with BRM Europe until May 2020.

Since 2020, Niklas has been working at 4C Strategies as a Sales Manager Corporate and Senior Consultant. In this role, they are responsible for providing organizational resilience and military training management solutions through the Exonaut® software and advisory services. Niklas supports military, public, and private clients in over 100 countries.
