Sameena Sharif

Sameena Sharif has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Sameena is currently working as a Vice President of Program Management at 4DMT since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Consultant and a Member at Chief, a private network aimed at empowering women in leadership positions.

Sameena has also held leadership roles at Premier Consulting, where they served as the President from November 2020 to May 2022 and as the Senior Vice President of Product Strategy from April 2019 to November 2020. Sameena also worked as the President at Premier Consulting from November 2020 to February 2022.

Before joining Premier Consulting, Sameena worked as the Chief Operating Officer at QED Therapeutics from February 2018 to January 2019. Sameena also held positions at Astex Pharmaceuticals, where they served as the Vice President of Business Operations, Portfolio Planning & Project Management from January 2014 to February 2018, and as the Executive Director of Project Management from April 2012 to January 2014.

Sameena's earlier work experience includes roles as a Senior Director of Project Management at Cellerant Therapeutics, a Consultant of Project Management at S*BIO Pte Ltd, a Senior Director of Program Management at Exelixis, and a Director at PDL BioPharma.

Sameena Sharif completed their Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy at the University of Bradford from 1987 to 1991. Subsequently, they pursued a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Nottingham from 1991 to 1996.
