Sarah Tucker

Sarah Tucker has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and histology spanning over several years. Sarah started their career at UC Davis Health in 2007, where they worked as a Histology/ In vivo technologist. Their responsibilities included data entry, processing of cytology and surgical pathology specimens, embedding, sectioning, and staining of routine H&E slides, and various administrative tasks.

In 2014, Sarah joined NeoGenomics Laboratories as a Histology Technologist. During their time there, they were responsible for embedding and sectioning paraffin blocks for staining, performing both hand and automated special stains, and conducting quality control checks on slides and controls.

From 2017 to 2020, Sarah worked at UNITY Biotechnology as a Research Associate II.
