Giac Nghe

Giac Nghe, MBA has a strong background in client services and technical support. They have held various roles in different companies, including Director of Client Services at BioSerenity and SleepEx LabRetriever, where they were responsible for sales presentations, contract negotiations, and customer service. They also served as the IT-Director of Technical Services at SleepEx LabRetriever, overseeing the company's technical infrastructure. Before that, they worked at Fidelity Investments as an Application Support Specialist, monitoring and resolving data integrity issues. At Fiserv Securities, they held roles as CSS Admin and Help Desk Supervisor, providing systems support and managing technical support representatives. Currently, Giac Nghe is a Support Project Lead and Business System Analyst at 4G Clinical.

Giac Nghe, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in an Executive Program at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Management Information Systems and a minor in Mathematics from Northwood University between 1997 and 2001. Giac Nghe's education began with their high school education at Roman Catholic High School from 1993 to 1997.
