Alice Hirschel

Alice Hirschel, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the fields of nutrition and product development with extensive experience in technical and regulatory roles. Currently serving as the Technical Business Director at ABITEC Corporation since May 2017 and as the Director of Regulatory & Scientific Affairs at 4Life Research since January 2022, Alice leads the development of lipid products and substantiates claims for a wide range of ingredients. As a Principal Consultant at Formula 42, Alice collaborates with food and supplement companies on product formulation and clinical studies. Previous positions include Head Formulation Scientist at Proper, Managing Commercial Development at Innophos, and Product Development Scientist at GNC, where Alice drove innovation and established key partnerships. Alice’s academic foundation includes a PhD in Nutrition Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Nutrition Science from The University of Georgia.
