Robbie Russell

Robbie Russell is an experienced physician currently serving as an Attending Physician at Alteon Health since August 2022. In addition to this role, Robbie has been an Advisor to the Commissioner on disciplinary appeals for Major League Soccer since April 2015. Robbie's background includes guidance in pediatric development in a family setting since October 2012, along with prior clinical experience as an Emergency Medicine Resident and Intern at UVA Health System from May 2019 to August 2022. Robbie's involvement in medical organizations includes membership in the GWMFA Medical Reserve Corp and leadership roles as Co-President of the Emergency Medicine Interest Group and Vice President of the GWSMHS Student National Medical Association. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from George Washington University Medical School, a Post-Bacc certificate from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Duke University.
