Phillip Dransfield

Phillip Dransfield currently serves as the Managing Partner at 4most, specializing in credit risk governance and analytical services within banking and financial services. Previously, Phillip held significant leadership roles, including Chief Risk Officer at Zopa and Director of Credit Risk & Portfolio Management at TSB Bank, where responsibilities encompassed credit risk functions across various product areas. With extensive experience at Lloyds Banking Group, Phillip led initiatives related to credit risk for the Verde programme and managed significant credit risk portfolios across different banking divisions. Earlier career highlights include senior management roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Westpac. Phillip holds a Master's degree in Commerce (Finance and Banking) from UNSW and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Wollongong.
