Charles Lubrido Jr

Charles Lubrido Jr, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Charles began their career as an Intern at World Trade Center Orlando in 1997. After that, they worked at Aon Hewitt, starting as a Customer Service Representative and later progressing to roles such as Business Analyst and Senior Business Operations Manager. In 2005, Charles joined Ultimate Software as a System Consultant before moving to PlanSource in 2007. At PlanSource, they held various leadership positions, including Account Manager, Director of Account Management, Assistant Vice President of Client Services, Vice President of Strategic Operations, and Vice President of Strategic Alliances. In 2022, Charles worked as an Independent Consultant before becoming an Investor at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center of East Orlando. Currently, they serve as the VP of Strategic Partnerships at 4MYBENEFITS.

Charles Lubrido Jr, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from UCF College of Business, which they completed from 1998 to 2000. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from UCF College of Business, completing it from 1994 to 2000.
