Olivia Hill, PHR has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Olivia currently holds the position of Head of Talent & Culture at 4Patriots since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the EVP, Human Resources Director at Reliant Bank from January 2021 to December 2022, where they managed a team of 6 HR professionals and was responsible for various HR services. Olivia also has experience working at Regions Bank as SVP, Human Resources Business Partner from September 2013 to December 2020, where they handled strategic business partner assignments and worked on workforce management and succession planning. Earlier in their career, Olivia worked as the Talent & Diversity Manager at INROADS from February 2011 to September 2013, where they focused on developing talented underserved youth and creating corporate partnerships. Olivia started their career at Target as a Human Resources - Executive Team Leader from June 2006 to January 2011, where they recruited and trained employees and implemented incentive programs. Olivia also served as an INROADS Online/Prepaid Services Marketing Intern at First Data Corporation from May 2004 to August 2005, where they managed marketing projects and oversaw the delivery of materials.

Olivia Hill, PHR, graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Colorado State University. Olivia also holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the same university, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. In 2013, Olivia obtained the certification of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the institution known as "Professional in Human Resources."
