Johan Bakker has over two decades of experience in sales and marketing within the construction and installation sectors. Currently serving as the Director Sales & Marketing at 4PS Group since May 2001, Johan Bakker has held various leadership roles including Business Unit Manager Bouw and Senior Salesmanager. Johan Bakker's expertise includes software development, testing, process optimization, and change management, particularly in the implementation of 4PS Construct for large construction firms across the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, and Scandinavia. Prior to 4PS, experience as a Trainer/Consultant at CTB BV involved implementing project management software and training in construction contexts, alongside an early role as a Trainee/Junior Consultant at Baan Business Systems Canada. Educational qualifications include a degree in Technische Bedrijfskunde from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, and certifications from Nima.
