Bing Qi

Bing Qi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. They began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland in 2009, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, Bing joined the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission as a Transportation Engineer/Planner. This role lasted only for a brief period, from February to March. Later in 2013, Bing moved on to 4R, where they held multiple positions over the years. They started as a Senior Client Analyst from March 2013 to September 2015, then transitioned to being a Senior Solutions Analyst from October 2015 to December 2020. Currently, Bing is employed at 4R as the Manager of Solutions & Product Management, a role they began in January 2021.

Bing Qi completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Transportation Engineering from Southeast University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Bing further pursued their education by obtaining a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 2009 to 2012.
