Janusz Żółtański

Janusz Żółtański has a diverse range of work experience. Janusz started their career in 2011 as a Junior Logistics Specialist at ICSO Chemical Production. Janusz then moved on to Grupa Azoty ZAK S.A. as a Junior Purchase Specialist in 2012. In 2014, they joined Cohesiva as a Business Analyst and continued in that role until 2015. Following that, they worked at Soflab Services Sp. z o.o. as a Business Analyst / Software Tester from 2015 to 2016. Janusz then transitioned to NEWIND S.A. as a Business Analyst from 2016 to 2017. Their next position was at 4soft, where they worked as an IT Project Manager starting in 2017 and later became the COO in 2020. Currently, they are working at Paribus as the Chief Product Officer, a role they started in 2021 and is expected to continue until 2023.

Janusz Żółtański completed their education at various institutions. Janusz obtained a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Computer Science and Econometrics from the University of Economics in Wroclaw, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In 2018, Janusz completed a postgraduate program in Project Management at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. From 2019 to 2021, they pursued an Executive MBA (English) program at the same university. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the EFQM Foundation from the Foundation for the Development in May 2021, the Corporate Readiness Certificate (CRC) from IBM in May 2019, the PRINCE2 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in January 2019, and the ISTQB® Certified Tester, Foundation Level from GASQ in March 2015.
