Dev Nathan Kalyan, M.D., J.D. is an accomplished medical doctor and lawyer with extensive experience in healthcare leadership and transformation. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of 4TH SECTOR and as a Strategic Advisor for Smart Health Network PBC, Kalyan demonstrates a commitment to innovative healthcare solutions. Previous roles include Chief Growth Officer at B3 Group, Inc. and OptumServe Health Services, as well as Senior Manager for Healthcare Transformation at ERPi. Kalyan has military experience as a Medical Officer with the US Navy and has completed residency programs in ophthalmology and transitional medicine. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from Duke University School of Medicine, a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The George Washington University.
