Richard Moore

Richard Moore is an experienced professional in business development and operations management with a focus on agriculture and water sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director at 4Ward Development since November 2022, Richard also holds multiple leadership roles at Water4 since June 2015, including Director of Business Development and Director of International Operations. Previous experience includes consulting in drilling and hydrogeology at Water4 and founding International Agriculture Consultants LLC, where Richard established the second largest pineapple plantation in Sierra Leone and launched various enterprises across agriculture, water, and transportation. Richard's entrepreneurial background includes owning and operating Empire Yardworks LLC, providing lawn and landscaping services. Richard holds a Master of Science in International/Global Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University.
