Dana Belshe

Dana Belshe is a highly experienced Technical Design Manager at 5.11 Tactical since June 2014, overseeing technical design and sample room teams while enhancing the design process through data and strategic fit development. Previous roles include Senior Technical Designer for VINCE. and Lamb & Flag, where Dana established fit standards and managed fit sessions. Additional experience encompasses positions at James Perse Ent., Inc. and California Design, focusing on garment fit and styling. Dana also operated Belshe Lifeguard Gear and Dana Belshe Digital Pattern Service, providing pattern services for the active sportswear market. As a faculty member at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, Dana taught various design and pattern drafting courses. Dana holds certificates in Fashion Design from Los Angeles Trade Technical College and degrees in Fine and Commercial Art from Orange Coast College.
