Leonard N. Chan

Leonard N. Chan is an experienced professional in public administration and emergency management with a comprehensive background in various roles. Currently serving as Accreditation Manager for the Houston Fire Department since July 2018, Leonard Chan leads agency accreditation efforts and emergency management planning while coordinating research collaborations with local universities. Prior roles include serving as a Security Officer for 5 STAR Event Services and HEB Center, and as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Houston in 2021. Leonard Chan has also run for the Texas House of Representatives for District 26, focusing on emergency management and public safety.
