Jenny Wang

Jenny Wang joined 5AM Ventures in 2020 as Director, Tax. Ms. Wang has more than 15 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services on domestic and international tax issues to clients in numerous sectors of the financial services industry. Previously, Ms. Wang was Senior Tax Manager at Ernst & Young's Financial Services Organization - Asset Management Group. Prior to EY, she was a Tax Manager at PwC Venture Capital Group. She received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of San Francisco. Ms. Wang is based in the San Francisco, CA office.
