Joel B Dow

Joel Dow is the Founder and Principal Consultant of 5and2 Group, where since February 2017, efforts have focused on delivering fractional CTO services, product strategy, and web/mobile application development, resulting in over 300 consulting engagements. Previously, as Vice President, Digital at Insider Marketing, Joel was instrumental in launching a SaaS platform and enhancing the reach of training programs for major telecommunications companies. Other notable roles include Senior Application Developer at MB Trading, Chief Technology Officer at Yokld.com, and Technology Specialist at Cru. Joel's technical expertise began with a Lead Web Developer position at NetSuccess and a web development internship at Lockheed Martin. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
