Fernando Toledo

Fernando Toledo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Fernando currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at 5àsec do Brasil Franchising, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at the same company from April 2019 to January 2022. Before joining 5àsec, Fernando worked at Pearson VUE as a Business Development Manager for the Latin American region from January 2018 to April 2019. At Pearson, they also held the position of Commercial Manager for SP state and International Operations in Brazil South, managing business results and customer operations from January 2013 to March 2019. Additionally, they served as a Corporate University & Pearson VUE Business Development Manager for Latin America from January 2011 to January 2018. Prior to their time at Pearson, Fernando worked at IBM Global Services as an AS Brand Focal for the East Region from December 2003 to March 2011. Fernando began their career at LDS Church as a Full-Time Missionary from January 2000 to January 2002.

Fernando Toledo completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Commercial Management at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration and People Management at Universidade Paulista from 2002 to 2007. Fernando also obtained additional certifications, including membership in the Academia Europeia da Alta Gestão and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Fundação Vanzolini, in 2023 and 2021 respectively.
