Kos Gaspari

Kos Gaspari is an experienced operations manager currently at 5CA since May 2018, overseeing extensive language groups and managing performance and scheduling for over 100 personnel. Previous roles include team lead and customer support specialist at 5CA, where Kos developed agent groups and participated in impactful projects.
