Joe Olwig

Joe Olwig is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of 6 Levers, a role he took on in September 2022. Prior to this, he held multiple positions at Mission Matters Group from September 2018 to January 2024, including VP of Organizational Solutions and Vice President of Operations (Interim). Before that, Joe served as Principal, Assistant Principal, and Teacher at KIPP St. Louis from June 2011 to June 2018. He began his career as a Corps Member at Teach For America and a Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Finance from the University of Dayton, as well as a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Education from Saint Louis University.
