Judith William

Judith William is a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Currently employed at UST since November 2021, Judith interacts with the India Business Unit to fulfill recruiting needs and manages the entire hiring process from search to onboarding. Prior to this role, Judith served as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional at Wipro Limited, focusing on the End User Computing business unit and handling the full recruitment cycle. Judith has also held positions at Quess Corp Limited as Team Lead and Senior Consultant, where responsibilities included requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling. Judith's career began with an internship at Karnataka Bank, aimed at understanding employee motivation and attitudes. Educational credentials include a PGDM in HR and Finance from St Joseph's Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Human Resource Management from Mount Carmel College, India.
