Kimmy Kemler

Kimmy Kemler has a diverse work experience. Kimmy is currently working as a Project Manager at 64 Robots since May 2022. Kimmy is also simultaneously working as a Freelance UX Designer & Researcher. Previously, from May 2021 to May 2022, they worked as a Development Coordinator and Office Manager at the Vermont Center for Ecostudies. In 2021, they had an internship role as Special Events and Development Intern at NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland from January to May. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Coordinator at The GreenMount School from July 2019 to February 2021. Kimmy also has experience as an Adjunct Professor at The Johns Hopkins University from January 2018 to May 2020. Kimmy's earliest work experience was as an Assistant Language Teacher in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program (JET) from August 2015 to July 2017.

Kimmy Kemler earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and Linguistics from the University of Florida in 2015. Kimmy then pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Creative Writing at The Johns Hopkins University, which they completed in 2019. In addition to their formal education, Kimmy has obtained various certifications related to user experience design and web design from Coursera, including certifications in Designing a User Experience for Social Good & Prepare for Jobs, Google UX Design, Responsive Web Design in Adobe XD, Build Wireframes and Low-Fidelity Prototypes, Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts, Create High-Fidelity Designs and Prototypes in Figma, Start the UX Design Process: Empathize, Define, and Ideate, and Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design. These certifications were all obtained between February and April 2022.
