Leon Chen

Leon Chen is the CEO and Founding Partner at 6 Dimensions Capital. Prior to this, they were a Venture Partner at OrbiMed from June 2013 to September 2019. Before that, they were a Partner at Skyline Ventures from August 2007 to June 2013.

Leon has also worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Venrock Associates from April 2007 to September 2007, and as the Founder of KAI Pharmaceuticals from January 2002 to April 2007.

Leon Chen obtained their PhD from Stanford University, where they studied from January 1998 to December 2001.

Leon Chen has a MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a PhD in Pharmacology from Stanford University School of Medicine, and a Ph.D in Molecular Pharmacology from Stanford University. Leon also has a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from University of California, Berkeley.
