Norman Chen serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Asian American Foundation since November 2021 and is also a Venture Partner at 6 Dimensions Capital, a $1.6 billion healthcare venture capital firm, since April 2017. Additionally, Norman Chen is a member of the founding committee of LAAUNCH, dedicated to addressing issues of racism and representation in the Asian American community, and contributes to Positive Coaching Alliance's Leadership Council, promoting positive youth sports experiences. As a California Leadership Council Member for The Nature Conservancy, Chen actively participates in environmental conservation efforts. Norman Chen co-founded and directs both CHIC and DeltaHealth China, focusing on healthcare excellence, and has served as a Board Trustee for Crystal Springs Uplands School, engaging in various leadership roles. Previous experience includes membership on the Program Committee and Board of Children's Medical Foundation, and serving as a Venture Partner at Fidelity Growth Partners Asia. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
