In addition to their formal education, Paul also pursued a career as a radio announcer, gaining experience at 2RRR & 2HHH. However, no specific degree or certification was obtained in this field.

Later on, Paul went on to pursue a Scrummaster certification at Axis Agile, although the duration of this program is unknown.
