Evangeline Laroque (Vangie)

Evangeline (Vangie) LaRoque has a diverse work experience in the field of creative media, video, and animation. Evangeline (Vangie) is currently working as the Director of Video Strategy at 6sense since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Animator at 6sense from April 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining 6sense, Evangeline worked as a Filmmaker, Director, and Editor at Brainchildz Creative Media since January 2013. Evangeline (Vangie) was responsible for creating narrative films, music videos, commercials, promos, and various video/animation-based projects for clients as well as their own creative work.

In addition, Evangeline has experience as a Freelance Filmmaker, Animator, and Creative Consultant, specializing in video projects. Evangeline (Vangie) recently returned to full-time freelance work in January 2021, after working for 10 years in media production for the eLearning industry.

Prior to their freelance work, Evangeline worked at Trifoia as the Media Department Manager and Project Manager from February 2021 to April 2021. Evangeline (Vangie) was responsible for creating video content for eLearning programs, corporate videos, and marketing, and managed production department resources for the creation of new video content. Before that, they served as a Video Content Creator, Media Project Manager, and Video Director at Trifoia from March 2020 to February 2021.

Evangeline's earlier experience includes working as a Casting Director/Production Coordinator at IRIS Educational Media from 2009 to 2016. Evangeline (Vangie) also worked as a Casting Director for the Adrenaline Film Project hosted by the Cinema Pacific Film Festival at the University of Oregon from April 2013 to April 2015, where they recruited actors and assisted filmmaking teams in casting short films for a 72-hour competition.

Evangeline (Vangie) LaRoque attended the University of Oregon, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.
