Sheri Brewer

Sheri Brewer, CCP, is an accomplished compensation professional with significant experience in designing and implementing compensation strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Compensation at 7-Eleven since January 2021, Sheri has previously held key roles including Senior Director of Compensation and Equity at Integer Holdings Corporation, where global pay strategies were harmonized, and Senior Director of Compensation at Dean Foods, where efforts focused on optimizing labor investment and digitalizing salary planning processes. Additionally, Sheri has extensive consulting experience, having provided compensation strategies and structures for diverse companies, including Dr Pepper Snapple Group and AT&T Wireless. Sheri Brewer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
