Jennifer Henninger

Jennifer Henninger has over 20 years of professional experience in operations, marketing, and environmental consulting. Jennifer began their career in 1997 as a Project Manager and Environmental Consultant for ThermoRetec. In 1999, they took on a similar role at Hart Crowser. In 2001, Jennifer became the Director of Marketing & Client Services at N & Z Creative Branding & Strategy. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Microsoft as a Business Manager and Sr. Project Manager for the localization division of the Server & Tools Business group. In 2011, Jennifer took on the role of VP of Operations for P2 Solutions Group LLC, a consulting, recruiting and staffing agency. In 2015, they became the Chief Operations Officer of 7 Simple Machines, a consultancy and incubator. In 2019, Jennifer took on the role of Chief Operations Officer at Contatto Medical and Bento HR.

Jennifer Henninger started their education in 1981 at Seattle Country Day School. Jennifer then attended The Bush School from 1984 to 1990. Jennifer earned a Bachelor's Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences and Psychology from Williams College in 1994. Jennifer then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences from the University of Washington in 1998.
