John Zloza

John Zloza has a diverse and extensive work history in the real estate industry. Currently, they are working as the Area Program Director for 72SOLD, a program focused on selling homes in a short period of time for a higher sale price. Prior to this, John worked as a Licensed Realtor at KWPhilly, specializing in residential real estate in PA, DE, and NJ. John also owned RJZ Development, Inc., where they offered remodeled homes to Philadelphia area homebuyers. John has additional experience as a Licensed Realtor at Remax Access and as a Realtor at SPACE & COMPANY. John began their career as a Sales Representative at Ed Napleton Dodge and later founded and operated their own company, Chicago Construction and Remodeling, Inc., where they managed various construction projects. John's experience spans various aspects of the real estate industry, including buying, selling, renovating, and investing in properties.

John Zloza attended St. Laurence High School from 1987 to 1991, where they did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Following their high school education, they went on to enroll at Lewis University from 1991 to 1995. At Lewis University, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation with a focus on Aviation Maintenance Management.
