Emily Venizelos began their work experience in 2004 as a Certified Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard working as an independent contractor. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Preschool Teacher at Rocky Peak Preschool, where they developed curriculum and communicated effectively with both children and parents.

In 2010, Emily joined Integrated Media Solutions Partners, LLC as a Human Resources Representative, where they performed various HR functions, including benefits administration, coordinating orientations, and managing leave-of-absence programs. Emily also worked with senior management to establish HR policies and implemented an online travel and expense management program.

From 2012 to the present, Emily has been employed at 72andSunny, starting as a Human Resources Generalist before working their way up to roles such as Talent Manager, Senior Talent Manager, and Talent Director. Emily has extensive experience in talent operations and has recently served as the Director of Talent Operations, Global. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Director of Talent and Operations, Global.

Emily Venizelos completed their high school education at Los Angeles Baptist Jr. / Sr. High School from 2002 to 2006, earning a high school diploma. Emily then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at California State University, Northridge, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. In 2012, Emily obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Loyola Marymount University. Emily later attended Brandman University in 2013 to complete a SHRM PHR Prep Class. Emily continued their education in Human Resources Management at Loyola Marymount University, where they obtained an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management from 2014 to 2015.
