Rosemonda Joshua has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Rosemonda started their career as a Teacher Assistant at Lois Bronz Children's Center, where they worked collaboratively with lead teachers to monitor students and assist with lesson preparation. Rosemonda then moved on to work as a Brand Ambassador at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC., where they resolved customer complaints and completed time-sensitive tasks.

In 2020, Rosemonda joined Promise Home Care Agency, Inc. as a Service Coordinator. In this role, they processed on-boarding tasks, organized schedules for home care services, and served as a liaison between clients and staff.
