Anastasiia Vypyrailo

Anastasiia Vypyrailo has been working in the recruitment and talent management industry since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Consultor at Catenon Worldwide Executive Search. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Optimissa, Capital Markets Consulting, where they held the role of Global Head of Recruitment and Talent Management and Consultora de Selección. In 2016, they began working at Phi Partners as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2019, they moved to Petroplan as an HSEQ Senior Recruitment Consultant. In 2020, they joined The Career Agent as a Recruitment Partner. Anastasiia is currently working at Williams Kent as a Relationship Manager, and is also joining 7bridges as part of Williams Kent RPO to help them on their journey of growth and unearth the best talent to join their team.

Anastasiia Vypyrailo completed a Digital Marketing Nanodegree Program at Udacity from 2018 to 2019. In 2016, they received a Certificate in Project Management from The University of British Columbia. From 2011 to 2012, they obtained a Master of Human Resources Management from Escuela Europea de Negocios in España (Salamanca). Lastly, they earned a Bachelor of Philosophy from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy between 2007 and 2011.
