Gary Louis Stewart

Gary Louis Stewart has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2013 as an IT Support Engineer at TMW Agency. In this role, they provided 1st and 2nd line support for 500 users, both in person and over the telephone. In 2015, they joined Brilliant Basics "bb" as a System Administrator, where they monitored the performance of various web-based systems, assessed training needs and handled general system administration and helpdesk queries. In 2016, they became a Junior DevOps Engineer at Tictrac, where they used tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, Gitlab, Terraform, DroneCI, AWS and Ansible. In 2018, they worked as a DevOps at Algomi, where they wrote a CIS playbook to harden Redhat AMI images on Amazon Web Services. Since 2019, they have been a Platform Engineer at Capgemini, consulting on the UK Home Office account and modernizing the Sonarqube service by designing a Helm chart to help with orchestration on top of Kubernetes. Most recently, in 2021, they became a DevOps Engineer at 7bridges.
