Patty Leeper

Patty Leeper, M.S., CPCC, is an experienced coach, facilitator, and consultant specializing in leadership and team development. Since 2008, Patty has been dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations enhance collaboration and effectiveness through tailored coaching and program design. At 7CTOs, Patty focuses on transforming technical professionals into strong leaders by prioritizing leadership development and emotional intelligence. Patty previously contributed to the Bay Area Video Coalition by designing and facilitating programs for over 500 participants in the visual arts, media, and tech industries. Earlier career roles include program management at the Career Action Center, where Patty developed various career development initiatives, and at NeXT Computer, where Patty managed a national student representative program. Patty holds a Master's in Counseling with a career specialization from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's in History from Santa Clara University, along with certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute.
