Rachel also holds the role of Director of Human Resources at 7CTOs and operates as a Coach & Facilitator with Elevated - Coaching & Human Resources Consulting. Through previous positions, including Senior Human Resources Consultant at San Diego Human Resources Consulting Inc. and Director of Associate Development & Strategic Staffing at LMC, Rachel has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing and implementing effective human resource strategies and coaching practices. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Chapman University and various certifications in coaching and human resources management.
