Drew Rasura

Drew Rasura is executive vice president and chief financial officer, with responsibility for financial planning, accounting, tax, auditing, treasury, legal and regulatory. He contributes 25 years of administration, accounting, marketing, advertising, legal, regulatory and government affairs experience to 7G Network.

Prior to becoming a founding member of 7G Network, Mr. Rasura directed the corporate administration for TCAST Communications, a regional CLEC. His position included responsibility for all financial and operational reporting, accounting, human resources, marketing and advertising, business planning, legal and regulatory reporting.

Mr. Rasura also served as the government programs administrator for the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office, where he was recruited to build a countywide victim restitution management program within the government organization. Rasura developed and implemented project management processes and life-cycle management to a county with nearly half a million people and had direct oversight of product development, IT modules, while overseeing monthly metrics and program goal prioritization while bringing 5 government agencies on board. The results led Santa Barbara to be the highest ranked county in California.

In addition to his roles with 7G Network, Mr. Rasura serves as the Paid Media Chairperson for the California Public Utilities Commission’s Public Education Program (PEP) for California Area Code Overlays.
