Currently serving as a Talent Expert and Startup Advisor for Techleapnl and a Talent Partner for Coalition Capital, Ingeborg has also led People functions at TicketSwap, Uberall, and Payaut, contributing to the establishment of effective HR strategies and culture. With extensive experience at Irdeto in various leadership roles, Ingeborg has been instrumental in developing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR frameworks across global operations. Ingeborg holds a degree in HR Strategy from London Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
