Lindsay Calado

Product Enablement Lead; Customer Support at 7shifts

Lindsay Calado has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2005, they started their career as a Customer Service Representative at WorldMark by Wyndham and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Artez Interactive. Calado then joined PS Production Services in 2012 as a Sales Support and Administration staff, where they worked until 2015. After that, they worked at Snakes & Lattes from 2015 to 2019, where they held various positions, including Supervisor, General Manager, and Director of Training & Development. Currently, Calado is employed at 7shifts: Team Management for Restaurants since 2019, initially as a Client Support Representative, and then progressing to Manager, Customer Support, and most recently as the Product Enablement Lead; Customer Support.

Lindsay Calado pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Anthropology from the University of Victoria, graduating between the years 2005 and 2010.
