Olivia Amiel has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Olivia is currently a Team Lead, Talent Acquisition at 7shifts, a role they have been in since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked at Lightspeed Commerce, where they held various roles such as Talent Partner, Talent Scout, and HR Coordinator. At Lightspeed Commerce, Olivia was responsible for internal mobility, recruitment for Go-To-Market teams globally, and managing employee onboarding. Before joining Lightspeed Commerce, Olivia worked at Valnet as an Employer Relations & Communications Specialist and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where they focused on building relationships with external companies, recruiting external employees, and managing social media platforms. Olivia Amiel completed their Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from McGill University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Sociology and a concentration in Criminology, Law, and Social Policy, along with a minor in Psychology from Bishop's University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Olivia also holds a Diplome d'Etudes Collegial (D.E.C) in Creative Arts, Literature, and Languages from CEGEP - John Abbott College, which they completed between 2011 and 2013. Olivia's educational journey began at West Island College, where they earned their High School Diploma with Distinction from 2006 to 2011.
