Edgartt Melton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership. As the Founder and CEO of 7th Echelon LLC since June 2016, Melton has specialized in guiding complex projects and delivering strategic solutions. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor in Program & Project Management at Auburn University, Melton teaches graduate-level courses focused on the distinctions of project management in public versus private sectors. Previous roles include Director at Direct Energy, Founding Partner at Tixe.Me, and Senior Program Manager at Accenture, among others. Melton holds a Master of Science in Communication Systems, Strategy, and Management from Northwestern University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Grambling State University, and has completed coursework at Harvard Business School Online. Melton is also recognized for various professional certifications, including PMP, CISA, CRISC, CFE, and CSM.
