Brad Frank has a diverse work experience in client services and account management. Brad began their career at ITC Firm, where they served as an Account Executive and later as a Senior Account Executive. During their time at ITC, Brad successfully implemented client competitor research and managed a growing sales team, resulting in a significant increase in sales. In 2013, Brad joined 8020 Consulting as a Client Service Associate, where they utilized their financial expertise to address a range of projects for clients of various sizes. Brad quickly moved up the ranks, becoming the Client Service Lead in 2014 and eventually the Head of Client Services in 2018. In these roles, Brad was responsible for overseeing the Client Services Department, managing the sales team, and building relationships with C-Level executives. Brad also provided support for systems implementations, finance/accounting department transitions, and strategic transactions. Brad's work experience demonstrates their ability to successfully lead teams, build strong client relationships, and deliver impactful results.
Brad Frank attended McMinn County High from 2000 to 2004. Afterward, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2010.
