Arleidy Tapie

Arleidy Tapie has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as an Administrative Assistant at Universidad de Antioquía. In 2017, they began working as a Recruitment & Selection Analyst at Eficacia S.A. Arleidy then moved to Aseo y Sostenimiento. A&S in 2019, where they held the same position. In 2021, Arleidy began working as an IT Recruiter, first as a Contractor/ IT Recruiter, then as an IT Recruiter at Tech and Solve. In 2022, they became a Human Resources Lead/ Technical Recruiter at 8base, and also worked as a Contractor/ Recruitment & Selection Analyst IV at The Bridge Social.
