Josh Russ

Josh Russ is currently the Co-founder & COO at 8Flow.ai. Prior to this, Josh held various roles at ServiceNow from November 2017 to March 2022, including Director of Product Strategy - Platform. Before their time at ServiceNow, Josh was at SkyGiraffe, which was acquired by ServiceNow, where Josh served as the Head of Customer Operations and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Josh also briefly worked as a Research Assistant at Russ, August & Kabat. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Davis.
