Scott Boone

Scott Boone is a Principal Engineer at 8x8 since January 2021, focusing on enhancing the availability, reliability, and security of video conference infrastructure. Previously, Scott served as the Chief Architect at Cryptomnio, overseeing the quantitative trading platform, and as Engineering Director at Trammell Ventures, where leadership of a design and engineering team supported cryptocurrency and blockchain initiatives. With experience as a Technology Consultant, Platform Director at Monstrous Company, and Project Leader/Principal Investigator at The Aerospace Corporation, Scott has consistently contributed to advanced technology projects, advising on significant satellite communication systems and leading teams in various engineering capacities. Scott holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Harvey Mudd College, class of 1997.
