Silviu Bozdog

Silviu Bozdog is a seasoned HR operations leader with extensive experience in managing global HR teams and delivering comprehensive HR services across various regions. Currently serving as the Sr Manager of Global People Operations at 8x8 since November 2021, Silviu leads a team of HR Operations Specialists to ensure efficient onboarding, payroll audits, and employee engagement activities. Prior to this role, Silviu held multiple leadership positions at BOMBARDIER, including Head of the HR Operations Center Europe, where management of a team of 170 professionals encompassed all HR areas for 35,000 employees. Silviu also directed Compensation & Benefits efforts and HR administration functions across the DACH region. Silviu's career began at Vodafone, where responsibilities included telesales and training. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Babes-Bolyai University.
